Peter Harty is the founder of InnerVision Performance Coaching. InnerVision was founded in the year 2000 to help organisations and the people within them to adapt and thrive during changing times. Peter started his performance coaching career in the year 2000, which makes him one of the UKs first performance coaches. Back then, performance and executive coaching was in its absolute infancy, and many of its benefits were largely unknown by the majority of leaders.
Peter founded InnerVision on the back of a 20 year career in the manufacturing sector. During this time, he rose from a graduate employee to become the Managing Director of one of the most prominent packaging companies in Europe. From the 1970’s through to 2000, Peter held a variety of significant management positions for a number of significant manufacturing organisations.
By the year 2000, Peter felt compelled to share the results that he’d seen from NLP with a wider variety of personnel, and choose to dedicate the rest of his career to helping people and their organisations to exceed their current performance and personal boundaries. To meet this end, peter launched InnerVision Performance coaching, which focussed on delivering exceptional value through one on one coaching sessions. Since 2000, InnerVision has worked with a wide variety of blue chip companies, many of long (multi-year) contracts.
In 2014, peter launched IVPCOnline.com, which he aims to transform into a valueable resource for all things performance coaching.
